General Information

About the festival

The metalfestival "Elements of Rock" in Switzerland takes place in 2009 for the sixt time. In the center of this event are the concerts on Friday and Saturday evening with bands from the whole spectrum of Metal.
For the interested part of the festival audience there's a day program. Saturday there are seminaries about different topics in the area of christianity and rock-music. Further there'll be a church service in a bit rocking form. The program for thursday will be announced later.

Approach

Rail Travel: The railway lines S9, S5 or S14 are running from Zürich Mainstation every 15 minutes.

Car: Take the freeway in the direction of Winterthur until Uster Nord. Drive to the Bahnhofstrasse via Pfäffikerstrasse and Brunnerstrasse. Then turn right into the Zürichstrasse, and take the second road on the left (Theatrestrasse).

Accomodation

For the interested we offer a cheap sleeping place in a gym hall. The price is CHF 15/10 Euro for one night, CHF 20/13 Euro for both nights.
Important: We recommend to reserve as early as possible cause the sleeping places are limited.
