David Benson's DBeality

Dbeality ist eine Traditional Doom Metal Band aus South Carolina, USA. Gegründet wurde die Band in 2003 von Sänger David Benson und Gitarrist Dale Greer. David ist bekannt für seine Stimme, welche sehr häufig mit der von Ozzy Osbourne verglichen wird.
David Benson hatte schon vor der Gründung von Dbeality drei erfolgreiche Tonträger veröffentlicht: "Holy Psychotherapy" (1993), "Purpose of the Cross" (1996), und "Premonition of Doom" (2000).

Der Name Dbeality steht für "New Sound Reality". Das Debutalbum wurde von Robert Sweet (Stryper) produziert; Robert war jedoch nicht nur der Produzent der CD sondern auch noch der Drummer.
Dbeality arbeiten zur Zeit an ihrem zweiten, noch namenslosen Album, welches von dem legendären Metal und Rock Produzenten Neil Kernon produziert wird. Robert Sweet übernimmt erneut die Drums.
